Adzsymedia ("Adzsymedia", "we", "us") runs paid advertising and marketing automation for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through adzsymedia.com, our booking calendar, forms, emails and text messages, and how we handle it.

Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.

Client data. When we run campaigns for a client, we may process leads' contact details on that client's behalf. In that case the client is responsible for its own privacy notice, and we handle that data only to deliver our services to them.

• Service providers that help us run our business — for example our CRM and booking platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email, website hosting and video-call tools — under obligations to protect it
• Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, where needed to run and measure campaigns, in line with their terms
• Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public
• A successor business if Adzsymedia is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

5. Cookies & similar technologies

Our site and embedded tools (such as our booking calendar and font provider) may use cookies or similar technologies to work properly and remember preferences. If we add analytics or advertising pixels, we'll update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.

6. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
