Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of adzsymedia.com, our booking calendar and forms, and any services provided by Adzsymedia ("Adzsymedia", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to access it without authorisation, or submit false information through our forms or booking calendar. We may update, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

2. Our services

Adzsymedia provides paid advertising management, marketing automation, funnel and landing-page builds, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and term for each client are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals and access to the accounts we need, and for making sure their offers, ads and communications comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

3. No guaranteed results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including ad platforms, market conditions, budgets, offers and how leads are handled. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales or return on ad spend.

4. Fees & payment

Fees, billing dates and payment methods are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms unless agreed otherwise and is separate from our fees. Late or missed payments may lead to paused services.

5. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google and GoHighLevel. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account restrictions or decisions.

6. SMS terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Adzsymedia about appointments, our services and follow-ups.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, design and branding belong to Adzsymedia and may not be copied without permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client's service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information about our clients' businesses as confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adzsymedia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Adzsymedia against claims arising from your misuse of the site or services, your content or offers, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or services if these Terms are breached. Termination of client services is governed by the relevant service agreement.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Adzsymedia is registered, unless your service agreement specifies otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
